Blow Room

Marzoli make completely new and modern Italian make third generation Blow Room Line eliminated the traditional Instant and violent action on fibres replacing it with more controlled and progressive one that allows excellent cleaning, opening and mixing.

Carding

New Marzoli card C701 with working width of 1500 mm respond to requirements of technical and technological innovation guarantees best quality .Carding area is 3.74 sqm which is 60 % more make C701 card with the greatest carding surface.

Draw - Frame

  • DF1 & DFR1: - High performance draw frames has been designed to guarantee best quality with lowest CV%.

  • New geometry of pneumatic drafting system, touch screen and no change of pulleys controlled by servo motors.

Speed Frame
