Sara Spintex India Pvt. Ltd was established in January 2013 with installed capacity of 5.5 million kg/pa of 100 % cotton yarn (Virgin Cotton). Fully modern imported plant includes machinery of Marzoli, Canal Air, and Loptex from Italy and Schlafhorat from Germany with minimum manual intervention leading to Auto doffing in Roving Frame-Ring Frame, Automatic Transport Rail and Link Coners.
In order to sustain global quality requirements we have a well equipped Uster Lab, Contamination sorter in Blow Room Line, Foreign fiber detection and classification in Winding Machines. To maintain precise plant condition we have fully atomized Canal Air Humidification system with all fans of Ferrari made in Italy. In all we can sum up to say that Sara Spintex Pvt. Ltd is estimated to be India’s first fully automated, third generation spinning plant.

Yavatmal (cotton capital, India) is a city that is located in the North Eastern region of the state of Maharashtra and known for white gold (Cotton). SFPL was established in November 2005. It is an ISO 9000 2008 certified company with FIVE STAR RATING of Textile Committee (Govt. of India, Ministry of Textiles.) Installed capacity of Ginning is 40 Thousand bales per annum. Strong, customer-focused approach and the continuous quest for world-class quality has enabled us to attain and sustain leadership in the Ginning Industry and the same approach has been stepped upon for the spinning industry.
